Job Summary

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

* Appreciation for cleanliness and sanitation

* Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day

* Fold/Stock laundry, towels, linen, supplies and amenities in the locker rooms, lounge areas and common areas at a busy spa

* Maintain and ensure ample linen, robes, dishware, etc (all spa items) ready for guest and team member use.

* Responsible for Guest Relaxation Room/Dressing Room/Treatment Room sweeps to pick up all dishes, used robes, linen, spa slippers and misc items

* Assist Professional Therapist Team with turning over and sanitizing treatment rooms in a timely and effective manner.

* Restocks all snacks and maintains all levels of comfort for guests.

* Keeps the Break Room/Sink/Dishwasher in order.

* Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs without assistance.

* Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time or for entire work shift.

* Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting used laundry without distracting guests or team members

* Greets guests with a smile!

* Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse Standards

* Takes pride in his/her work while communicating with the Front Desk Team to meet and exceed guests expectations.

* Assist in meeting and exceeding State and Woodhouse Sanitation Standards

Previous customer service and/or housekeeping experience is preferred.
Weekend Work is required.
